Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging GV Platinum Cleaning Services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between GV Platinum Cleaning Services ABN [Your ABN] ("we", "us", "our") and you ("client", "you") when you use our cleaning services or website.

1. Services

GV Platinum Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Commercial and residential cleaning
  • End of lease and bond cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Office and medical office cleaning
  • Restaurant cleaning
  • Specialty cleaning services

The specific scope of services will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.

2. Bookings and Quotes

All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was described. We will communicate any changes prior to commencing work.

Bookings are confirmed upon our written or verbal acceptance. We recommend confirming all bookings at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning staff have safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be gained, a cancellation fee may apply (see Clause 5).

You warrant that you have the legal right to grant access to the property for cleaning purposes.

4. Your Responsibilities

To allow us to perform our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and its condition when booking.
  • Ensure the property is reasonably accessible and safe for our staff.
  • Secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before cleaning.
  • Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special requirements on the premises.
  • Ensure adequate utilities (hot water, electricity) are available during the service.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service cost may apply.
  • No access / no show: Full service fee may be charged.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to staff illness, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as discussed at the time of booking.

For ongoing regular services, invoices will be issued as agreed. Overdue accounts may attract a late payment fee.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Re-Cleans

We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the clean. We will arrange a re-clean of the disputed area at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not apply where the dissatisfaction arises from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items outside the original scope of work.

8. Liability and Damage

We carry public liability insurance. In the unlikely event that our staff causes damage to your property, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of the service).

  • We are not liable for damage to items not disclosed prior to the service, or items that are inherently fragile or improperly secured.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of the value of the service provided.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

9. Same Cleaner Guarantee

We endeavour to provide the same cleaner for your regular appointments. However, due to illness, leave, or operational requirements, a replacement cleaner may occasionally be assigned. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes in advance.

10. No Lock-In Contracts

We do not lock you into long-term contracts. You are free to discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice. We believe our quality of service will speak for itself.

11. Insurance

GV Platinum Cleaning Services holds appropriate public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of GV Platinum Cleaning Services and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
